Bizee's Free Months Have an End Date. New Hampshire's April 1 Does Not Move.
A flat $99 buys one year of registered agent service in New Hampshire — the registered office, same-day scanning of court papers, and reminders before state deadlines.
Bias stated up front, as it should be. NH Registered Agent.org wrote what follows, the substitute being recommended is our own $99-a-year service, and we are paid when readers act on it. Bizee's published figures were recorded during a July 2026 review and are reproduced without adjustment.
Credit Where It Is Owed, and the Bundle Is Real
Bizee, which spent years trading as Incfile, includes registered agent coverage at no charge with its formation packages. How long that coverage lasts depends on the package: as little as three months, as much as a year. That is not a gimmick. A brand new company has less cash on hand than it will ever have again, and a provider that removes one recurring line item from the first year is doing something genuinely useful.
If you are forming through Bizee anyway, take the free months. Declining free coverage helps nobody.
Then the Clock Runs Out
The catch is not the offer. It is the handover.
When the included period ends, standalone agent service begins at $149 a year, and the date it begins is whatever date falls three, six or twelve months after your formation, depending on the package. That date is unique to your account, does not line up with anything the state does, and is not a date anybody is going to remind you about.
| Date on the calendar | Who sets it | What it costs |
|---|---|---|
| Bundle expiry, month 3 to month 12 | Bizee, per package | $149 per year from that day |
| April 1 | New Hampshire, for everyone | $100 report, $50 more if late |
| Your renewal with us | Fixed at signup | $99, unchanged every year |
We do not claim the lowest sticker in this state. BetterLegal posts $90, which is under our $99. Ours ranks in the low band of New Hampshire quotes and holds that rank at every single renewal.
New Hampshire's Own Deadline Does Not Drift
Ready when you are. Ordering takes about five minutes.
Order HereThe contrast with a rolling bundle expiry is the point of putting them in one table.
Every New Hampshire LLC files its annual report between January 1 and April 1. Not on an anniversary, not on a schedule computed from your formation date, but on the same two calendar squares as every other company on the register. The report costs $100. Miss the deadline and RSA 304-C:191 adds $50 on top, a penalty worth more than three New Hampshire agent changes and worth avoiding for that reason alone. The state's own annual report page is where the filing starts.
A fixed public deadline is easy to build a service around, which is exactly what we have done. A private expiry date buried in your order confirmation is not, and it is the one that quietly becomes $149.
How a Bizee Client Hands the Role Over in New Hampshire
The mechanics are modest. Changing agents here means Form 10, which covers the office and the agent alike, singly or together, and which is processed by New Hampshire's Corporation Division inside the Department of State. The fee sits at $15 under the same section that sets the late penalty above, and paying through the state's online channel brings it to $17 once the electronic handling charge is added. The replacement has to be somebody living in this state, or one of the in-state entity types New Hampshire permits, keeping an office at the very address you list, and no address beyond the state line will be accepted.
Order matters more than speed. Have the incoming agent in place, then file. A company on this register should never spend a day without somebody authorized to take a summons on its behalf.

If the Free Period Is Nearly Up
Ready when you are. Ordering takes about five minutes.
Order HereThat is the natural moment to compare, because it is the moment the real price appears. $149 a year from Bizee, or $99 a year from us with the same statutory duties performed at the same New Hampshire address. The state's charge to make the switch official is $15.
Rates for every provider we track are collected in our price brief.
